How to lose weight in a short amount of time?

Weight is the common thing that girls usually talk about.
"what is the proper way to lose weight?"
"what side effects would my body get if I try this diet? is it safe?"
"I've been dieting for about 2 months now.but my weight is still the same.Is there a way to make it drop?"
"I'm  about to get married soon.and I want to look good on my wedding day.I was thinking to join a programme like London Weight Management and all but it is too there a diet that can make me lose weight fast? "
To lose weight isn't that easy.
For some people,who have a good metabolism system doesn't need to go on a diet pun takpe.
but for some..walaupun tak makan ape2 pun satu hari,still tambah berat juga.
its frustrating isn't it?

Experts said that our metabolism system would start to drop once we get into the age of 21 years old.
masa high school..badan semua kurus je.
tapi bila dah nak masuk universiti ni..badan semua dah comel2 belaka.
even yang kurus pun dah ada perut buncit da.haa.

So..its a wise decision to start managing your weight right now.
When i said manage,i mean to eat a well-balanced diet and exercise.
Even though you don't like to go on a diet,exercise is very crucial to maintain your body's health.

We eat a well-balanced diet to maintain our weight.
but we exercise to make the weight drop.
so,if you want to lose weight..
you need to get this two to cooperate with each other first.

I've been dieting since form4.
"Berjaya kurus tak?"
tak juga.saya diet on off..on off.
macam mana nak kurus kan? haha
there were time that i became a vegetarian for one-whole year just to lose weight.
tapi tak turun2 juga berat tu.

masuk on off..on off balik.
memang kejap2 nampak kurus..kejap2 nampak gemuk la kan.
tapi buat macam tu tak elok sebenarnya.
sebab you will create inconvenience to your own body.

so lastly,i decided..habis kat rumah.
it will be easier right?
rupanya..susah juga.
sebab dulu kat matric..banyak buat aktiviti.
jalan sana..jalan sini..
tapi sekarang duduk kat rumah je,depan computer je..
macam mana nak lose weight?
exercise macam mana pun tak boleh kurus juga kalau macam ni.

jadi last2..i try the honey-lemon drink diet.

Honey-Lemon Drink Diet
This diet is easy to do.
Plus,it is good for sore throats.
Every morning,once you wake up..drink a glass of warm mineral water first.
This is to flush your body.
Once you do that,make a honey-lemon drink. :)

  • A lemon is cut in half and it is squeeze to let out the juice.
  • Put the juice inside a glass and add 3/4 amount of warm water.don't use hot water,it will make the enzyme in the lemon to die.we need the enzyme.
  • then,add 1 and a half teaspoon of honey.
  • and take your time and drink it slowly.
Sugar is substituted with honey..this is to give us energy.
Warm water is use to hydrate our body.
and the enzyme inside the lemon is to help to detox and flush the body.

but drinking this drink will make you feel a little dehydrated.
so do drink a lot of water if you want to do this diet.

Every morning for about 3 months i did this.
and i lost about 3 kgs! hehe
I didn't eat any nasi or roti though.
lunch everyday,i ate only fried fish/chicken + vegetables and fruits.
after that,if i'm hungry..i would just drink mineral water or chew on fruits.
"Tak makan nasi langsung? roti pun tak? macam mana nak survive? boleh mati la macam tu."
Mula-mula je rasa macam tu,bila dah lama..rasa macam tak makan nasi pun takpe.
serious! :)
tapi takde la sampai tak boleh sentuh nasi langsung.
at certain occasion..macam your sister's wedding ke.
takkan la tak makan nasi langsung kan..nanti nampak macam biadab pula.
jadi,just take a small-portion size rice je.
I too sometimes..makan pizza,makan mcd,kfc juga.haa.

Exercise is very important.
without exercise..its hard to drop your body weight.
jadi make sure you exercise regularly.
and don't pressure your body so much..
give time for it to sesuai kan diri.
sebab nanti korang akan rasa terseksa and tend to break your diet.

Puasa ni,saya just minum air honey-lemon ni je setiap kali sahur.
and berbuka pun kena berhati-hati supaya tak makan terlalu banyak.
harap dengan diet ni,boleh lah saya turun berat lagi.hehe

but it required a great will power for you to do this.
